- How to listen to audio in the shop
- Our newer higher quality previews with "PREVIEW" buttons rather than "LISTEN" use .m3u files which may also need to be associated with your chosen media player such as Windows Media Player, Winamp, Realplayer or iTunes etc.

- To listen to our full length previews you need to be able to play .smil files which are essentially play listed real audio files. For playback you will need either Realplayer associated with .smil files or the Real Alternative codec.

- How to make a purchase
- Anyone can make a purchase through our online shop, all you need to do is register with your email address and you can purchase straight away using most major cards. If you purchase MP3s you can download them as soon as you return successfully from our payment screens.
- Record shops and foreign distribution companies can also purchase from us. To do this you will need to complete a account application form and submit it to us before making a purchase with a sales rep. Please contact us on +44 (0) 1635 587 900 to do so.
- For peace of mind all our credit/debit card transactions are processed by HSBC Bank PLC. You place your order as normal on our site and proceed through the checkout where your order is encrypted and passed to the Secure ePayments server on the HSBC website to complete payment. Additional card security is provided by both Verified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCode™ for all registered cards. Once the order and payment is complete you will be transfered back to our site with confirmation of your order.

- How to download a purchased MP3
- After you have completed the payment process you can download your MP3s by browsing to the "My Account" section in the online shop once logged in. You can then download each one a certain amount of times up to a period of 7 days. After this the download link will disappear but your account will still keep a record of what you have purchased.
- How to search the shop
- There's a variety of ways to find the product you are after in our shop. Firstly make sure you are in the shop and either use the quick find search box entering either a catalogue number, track, label or artist name. Alternatively you can browse through format and labels by release date or genre.
- How long does it take for delivery?
- For all orders we normally ship out same working day as long as your order was made before 12:00GMT. Orders made after this time are normally shipped out the next working day. Any orders made over the weekend or national holidays are also shipped out the next working day.
- UK orders normally are received the next working day.
- To receive your order for Friday or Saturday night you really need to place your order no later than 12:00GMT on a Wednesday providing the Friday is not a national holiday. If you order on a Thursday or Friday you might receive your records in time but Saturday deliveries cannot be guaranteed as each postal area can differ. We have found that some areas will make the delivery on Saturday but others will leave it until Monday.
- Please make sure you are able to receive or collect your package we send to you; If your parcel is shipped back to us after attempted deliveries you could be liable for re-shipping costs. Packages are normally kept for no more than one week with the shipping companies and will then be returned to us.
- Can I return an item to you?
- You must arrange a return with us prior to sending. Please contact us quoting your order number, the details of the product and the reason for return and we will advise you on what to do and if we can accept the return.
- We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
- We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
- Why is my order cancelled?
- Nu Urban Music reserve the right to cancel orders.
- The information displayed on this web site, including prices, does not constitute an offer to contract or enter into an agreement.
- When you send an order by means of the On-line store for products and/or services your order shall constitute an offer for the products and/or services selected.
- If we find an error or problem with your order it may be cancelled. In this case your order will be fully refunded.
- Orders are not binding upon Nu Urban Music until accepted by Nu Urban Music, we therefore reserve the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.
- Which products are promos?
- Promos normally have the same catalogue number as a release but are followed by a letter "P" ie PRODUCT001 would be a release and PRODUCT001P would be the promo for the release that comes out first..
- One Per Customer?
- Certain promo copies and sale offers are restricted to one per customer. These can include very limited run products or multi-buy sale offers.
- White Labels / Full Artwork?
- We try to match up images to reflect the product you will receive however in some cases we use a default image such as a logo to represent the product and therefore what you receive may differ. Most promos are white labels in paper sleeves however some have label artwork.
- Do you restock promos?
- Promos are always limited and do not normally get re-pressed therefore you will need to order promos promptly after they appear on our site to avoid disappointment. Our site is normally updated midweek and we also send an mail out after updating but this can sometimes be delayed in transit due to the bulk so keeping an eye on the site might be necessary.
- How do i know if something is in stock?
- Our products are marked as 0 Stock and cannot be purchased if we do not carry the stock. Occasionally however there can be errors in which case we will refund your card or give you the option of choosing a different product of the same value.
