Sending us CDs

If you are sending a CD for distribution consideration, preferably send an audio CD rather than a data CD. Please also include your contact details written on the CD body itself. Also clearly mark your package and include your full contact details.

Sending us .wavs

If you are sending us your .wavs for MP3 distribution etc please use the following format to name your files:

CAT#Side-Artist.&.Artist-Track(Remix).wav

eg:

CONGONATTY07AA-Tribe.Of.Issachar-Wardance.(Unreleased.Vocal.Mix).wav

Sending us .mp3s

Please ensure your MP3s are named using the same format as the .wavs example above and are encoded as high quality VBR files, for further information please contact us. Also please ensure that you ID3 tags are saved as below:


(Please change the Year to the original release date of the track)

Sending us artwork

If you are sending us artwork please ensure to use the following dimensions:

Please ensure your artwork conforms to these requirements:

1. All artwork needs to be 300dpi. If you supply us with artwork at a different dpi please let us know.
2. All artwork needs to be converted to CMYK (Not RGB).
3. Save your files using filenames relative to the catnumber & side etc.. ie CNV001A.psd & CNV001AA.psd
4. Please also ensure that you continue your artwork into the bleed area, as shown by the label guide below:
   
   

   
    
   
   
5. Notes about colours:
   1. Sleeves - To save costs on printing, sleeves can be converted to one or two PANTONE® Solid Coated colours or greyscale rather than full colour CMYK.
   2. Labels - With labels however, CMYK is now cheaper than 2 colour, so either save as full colour CMYK or greyscale to save costs.
